Lead from Within YOUR Flow Zone

Learn what the Flow State is and its benefits for you and your team.

Hi, I’m Lynne Brodie, strategic visionary, business intuitive, and your flow zone expert. Are you in your flow state? Do you know what that means? Transformational leaders lead from within, tapping into their flow state. You know, what most people don’t realize and what most people don’t understand is that your conscious processing, you have access to 120 bits of information. You use 60 to speak, and the other 60 to listen in conversation. So you max out your whole 120 bits of bandwidth. But in your subconscious processing, you have access to billions of bits of information. It’s where you multiply your intelligence, where your creativity, your innovation, your invention lies.

That’s where I come in. I’m an expert at helping you to tap into your flow state, your genius zone, and get you into your zone so that you’re firing on all cylinders all the time. Wouldn’t that be great? I know that you’ve seen glimpses of it where you’ve given a presentation or you’ve had a meeting, and you leave, and you’re like, “Wow, that was perfect. Everything just converged all together at the same time.” But you don’t know how to repeat that. That’s something that I help you do. That’s part of my genius zone, and what I’m able to do, what I was born for.

Being in your flow state and in your genius zone helps you tap into, to lead from within and give you access to all your clarity, your confidence, your focus on demand, your executive presence, your motivation, productivity, and profits. It helps you step into your personal mastery to catapult you to your next levels. And all of these benefits that you gain from being in your flow state are a foundational platform for you to be able to extend to your teams. That’s important because employee engagement is really at an all-time low. In the Gallup study that’s been out recently, employee engagement is an astoundingly low 15% worldwide. I know, only 15% worldwide.

In our next segment, I’m going to talk about employee engagement, how to increase your employee engagement through changing your business model to one that you should be using in 2019 and beyond, why it’s important for you, your team, and for your company on a whole if you want it to survive into the next decades, next years, going forward into however long your business plan is.
