Gallup polls state only 15% of employees worldwide are engaged in their jobs.
With statistics like that it’s no wonder employee engagement has been a growing issue in companies for decades. AND… it’s not getting much better.

Why?

When your workforce is not engaged your total business ecosystem is out of balance. It affects the Holy Grail…PROFITS!

The road to Conscious Capitalism begins with corporate culture or the squishy subject of the human spirit. Something until recently most corporations want to avoid and many still do. The advanced corporation will have a strategy and plan that addresses it through:

• Powering What’s Inside the Employee
• Social Impact: Business can’t be separate from the world.

This is why people analytics doesn’t go far enough. There is no Big Data algorithm for the human spirit.
